Brian Jenabzadeh brings an array of trial experience and knowledge to Coleman Legal Group, LLC. As an experienced Georgia real estate agent of more than 16 years, a licensed Georgia Residential-Light Commercial contractor and real estate investor, Brian’s compliments the firm with a trove of unique knowledge and experience. He’s achieved significant courtroom victories including in both Bankruptcy and Georgia state courts. Specifically, Brian has been successful in landlord-tenant litigation, construction contract disputes, zoning petitions, real estate foreclosures, and defending creditor’s rights in Bankruptcy Court.
At a very young age, Brian learned, that the key to success lies in the details of managing risks and liabilities; and that is no easy task. However, with the time and effort of a diligent and hard-working lawyer, it can be done. Hence, he was inspired to become a lawyer to continue the legacy of those lawyers who helped him and his family. Brian is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District and before all trial and appeals courts in Georgia.
During college, Brian attended Georgia Tech (“Tech”) and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Building Construction with highest honors. While at Tech, Brian ventured into several real-estate deals and successfully delivered a profit to investors. During law school, Brian also gained many insightful experiences as a mediator in Fulton County’s Landlord Mediation Clinic and served as an assistant solicitor in Forsyth County.
Today, as an entrepreneur and real estate lawyer, Brian predominantly represents the interests of developers, commercial and residential property-owners and contractors like himself in Bankruptcy and the state courts of Georgia. Brian also practices in the representation of defendants for misdemeanors and limited areas of criminal law.
